No entanto, o avan\u00e7o efetivo do setor ainda depende da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, que segue em elabora\u00e7\u00e3o por um grupo de trabalho do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canalrural.com.br\/tag\/mapa\/\">Mapa<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o da Ind\u00fastria de Biol\u00f3gicos (ANPII Bio) defende que o texto traga crit\u00e9rios t\u00e9cnicos objetivos, simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de registro e previsibilidade regulat\u00f3ria para estimular o desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria nacional.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio  is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<p>Segundo a diretora da ANPII Bio, J\u00falia Emanuela de Souza \u00e9 fundamental que a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a pesquisa sejam respeitadas dentro do processo regulat\u00f3rio. \u201c\u00c9 preciso garantir agilidade para atualizar regras e permitir o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias importantes para o campo\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n<p>A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m busca reduzir a burocracia e a inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica existentes hoje, unificando normas e reconhecendo a m\u00faltipla funcionalidade dos bioinsumos, caracter\u00edstica essencial desses produtos para a agricultura moderna.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canalrural.com.br\/sustentabilidade\/lei-de-bioinsumos-promete-avanco-sustentavel-mas-falta-de-regras-trava-o-setor\/\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lei dos bioinsumos, sancionada em 2024, abriu caminho para uma agricultura mais sustent\u00e1vel e competitiva no Brasil.
