O avan\u00e7o se deve principalmente ao desempenho da regi\u00e3o dos Campos de Cima da Serra, onde o cultivo \u00e9 mais tardio e as atividades seguem em ritmo acelerado.&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">De acordo com o levantamento, a colheita deve ser conclu\u00edda at\u00e9 a primeira quinzena de abril. Os produtores aguardam a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da umidade dos gr\u00e3os nas lavouras em matura\u00e7\u00e3o, visando atingir teores entre 13% e 16%, considerados ideais para evitar danos ao tegumento e preservar a qualidade do produto durante o armazenamento.&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u201cO potencial produtivo segue elevado, com estimativas pr\u00f3ximas a 2.400 quilos por hectare.
